Lintech Components Receives High Marks in Customer Satisfaction Matrix

In a survey distributed in January 2014 to gain insight into their performance as viewed by their customers, Lintech Components received high marks for customer satisfaction and on-time delivery of electronic components. Out of the 538 surveys sent to buyers who are sourcing electronic components Lintech received a 98.6% on-time delivery rating, and for customer satisfaction they received a 99% approval in the service they provided. The on-time delivery rating rose from the previous customer satisfaction matrix in January of 2013, where the on-time delivery rating was ranked at 96%.

“We are very proud of the results of the survey and how highly our customers rated our service,” stated Ken Linden, President of Lintech Components. “We strive to go above and beyond to ensure that our customers are not only happy with the components we distribute, but that they are delivered on time.”

The survey had customers answer questions ranging from quoting response time, cost savings and on-time delivery to the quality of the electronic components provided. A detailed review of the structure of internal processes has led to improvement in all areas of Lintech’s operations, which is reflected in the on-time delivery rating in 2014 compared to 2013.
