Lintech Components Receives High Marks in Customer Satisfaction Matrix
Ronkonkoma, NY - April 9, 2014 – In a survey distributed in January 2014 to gain insight into their performance as viewed by their customers, Lintech Components received high marks for customer satisfaction and on-time delivery of electronic components. Out of the 538 surveys sent to buyers who are sourcing electronic components Lintech received a 98.6% on-time delivery rating, and for customer satisfaction they received a 99% approval in the service they provided. The on-time delivery rating rose from the previous customer satisfaction matrix in January of 2013, where the on-time delivery rating was ranked at 96%.
